# Refund and Cancellation Policy

At C Capital Loans, LLC, we specialize in commercial finance, business loan brokerage, and consulting services. Because our services are highly customized and performance-based or labor-intensive, we maintain a clear policy regarding refunds, cancellations, and fee structures to ensure transparency with our commercial clients.

### 1. Brokerage and Consulting Fees
* Application & Processing Fees: Any upfront application, underwriting review, or third-party processing fees required to evaluate a commercial file are fully non-refundable once work has commenced or third-party reports (such as credit or asset verifications) have been ordered.
* Retainer Fees: If a consulting retainer fee is mutually agreed upon, it is considered earned upon receipt as it allocates dedicated professional advisory time to your business file. Retainer fees are non-refundable.
* Success Fees: Fees tied to the successful closing and funding of a commercial transaction are governed entirely by the specific executed Fee Agreement for that file and are typically disbursed directly from closing proceeds. 

### 2. Client Cancellation
Clients have the right to withdraw their commercial application or cancel consulting services at any stage of the process by submitting a written notice to support@ccapitalloans.com. Upon receipt of a cancellation notice:
* All active file processing and underwriting submissions will cease immediately.
* Any fees already paid up to the point of cancellation remain completely non-refundable, as they cover administrative actions, advisory hours, and underwriting resources expended.

### 3. Underwriting Declines
A decline or rejection of a commercial loan application by a funding source, investor, or lender does not constitute a ground for a refund of any administrative, application, or due diligence fees collected prior to the decision. C Capital Loans, LLC acts as a broker and advisor; we do not guarantee funding approval.
